This is an eye-opening story about a young woman’s escape from one of the worst dictatorships in the world. You will learn what life in a communist country is really like -mind control, zero communication from outside, regular near starvation and required worship of “Supreme Leader.”
In my opinion this would make excellent reading for high school students and would automatically become a great lesson in government — the kind of lesson that so many young people do not learn today.
